The ACU Road Race Commission have changed the rules for obtaining an ACU Gold Sticker for your helmetused to go racing.
From the 1st January 2026 Technical Officials are no longer permitted to apply an ACU Gold Sticker to a Helmet, this ow has to be carried out at the ACU Office at Rugby. So when purchasing a new helmet you must ensure that it has a Gold Sticker. This applies even if your Helmet is FIM approved.
If you arrive at a race meeting without a Gold Sticker on your Helmet you will NOT BE RACING.
No Gold Sticker = No Helmet = No Racing – Simple answer.
